Delivery Information for the mainland UK:




All our next day deliveries are handled by DPD or Fedex. You’ll receive a 1 hour delivery slot by text or email on the morning of the delivery to ensure the safe delivery of your order (where email addresses & mobile phone numbers are provided at checkout).


Next day deliveries can be tracked real-time with the consignment or parcel number on or


Orders made before 2:30 pm will be dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery.

Online Delivery Tracking 


Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. On despatch of your order you will receive a second email confirming your delivery details. This email will contain your Online Tracking details (your consignment or parcel number) depending on the delivery service.

If you live within the UK & Europe and are not fully satisfied with your product you always have the option to return your item within 14 days after you have received the item(s). You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding the return cost. All items must be returned in perfect condition and not worn, used or washed. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if labels and original packing are fully intact. Also, it helps if a copy of the original receipt, that comes with the shipment, is enclosed together with the returned products so that we have all the purchase information to action the refund swiftly.




You may cancel your order for a full refund, if the goods have not already been dispatched.


How to Return


To return/exchange your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receipt the reason for your return, either via email to or telephone to +44 7380 134347, and return the item(s) via post in original condition to NÜ Personal Care Limited, 29 Daws Lea, High Wycombe. Bucks HP11 1QG


Please note that postage and delivery charges are at the buyers expense (excluding mistakes made by NÜ Personal Care Limited, in these cases we will also refund the return charges). Please keep the receipt for proof of return. We’re not responsible for returns in transit so it’s advisable to use recorded delivery, to ensure safe return.


Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will process your refund this can take up to 14 days, all refunds are processed back to the card used to purchase the item(s). We will inform you when we’ve received your return and refunded your payment. If you are exchanging the product the new item(s) will be sent to you.


Damaged or faulty goods


In the unlikely event that an item is delivered in a damaged condition, please sign for the item as damaged with the courier, and email us the details within 48 hours so that the problem can be rectified. We are unable to make a claim with the courier after 48 hours of receipt.
